Q: Can I change shipping address or product details after ordering?

Returns & Refunds

Q: How do I cancel my order?

A: We accept order cancellations before products are shipped or enter production. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund. Orders cannot be canceled after shipment.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Returns are accepted if all conditions are met:

Within 30 days of delivery (based on tracking)

Item unused, in original condition with complete packaging

Valid proof of purchase (receipt/order record) required

Do not return products to the manufacturer

Customer pays return shipping to collection address provided by the customer service.

Q: How long does it take to receive my refund?

If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

Shipping & Delivery

Q: How long will it take to receive my order? What is the shipping process?

A: Order delivery consists of two phases:


Processing time: 3-7 calendar days (packing and logistics verification at China warehouse)
Shipping time:

Standard route: 10-15 calendar days (international shipping)
Delivery to some remote areas may take longer. Thank you for your patience.

Tracking number generation only indicates entry into the shipping process, not the actual shipment date. Logistics tracking updates will appear after verification (takes 3-7 days). Total delivery time: approximately 15-30 calendar days. Contact online support for inquiries.

A: Contact us if no movement in 3 days.

Product Warranty

Q: What does the warranty cover?

A: Within 24 months of purchase, we provide free replacement parts for performance failures not caused by human damage (e.g., abnormal battery shutdown, circuit failure). The following cases are not covered:
Water damage/impact damage/self-disassembly
Damage caused by non-original accessories

Warranty Policy

Quality-related warranty claims:
All products sold directly by KKCOBVR come with comprehensive warranty coverage effective from purchase date for defects caused by quality issues.
For quality-related claims:

Warranty period for replacements: Same as original defective product or 3 months after replacement – whichever is longer.
Product warranty becomes void after full refund.
